We are a day nursery situated in Aldershot and offer high quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 4 years. Open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday term time only we provide both full day and sessional care.
Our Range of Childcare Services in Aldershot
We provide a complete childcare solution whilst recording, monitoring and enhancing children’s development in all areas of learning. We offer a range of messy, creative and educational activities, while encouraging children’s independence and social skills. We have a large, well equipped outside area that maximises children’s learning. We encourage children to explore and take risks under adult supervision. We have an established organic garden in which the children grow and harvest their own fruit and vegetables. Located within the grounds of St Joseph’s school, we are fortunate to be able to access the schools facilities which include: the library, music room, ICT suite, PE halls, school fields and outside areas. We have an established nursery curriculum which supports all children’s development at their own pace
In our Little Angels room we provide a stimulating environment for babies from 3 months old. We help nurture, care and enhance children’s development through a range of fantastic activities and resources. Our Little Treasures/Saints room caters for children aged 2 to 4 years. We offer a fun educational environment where children develop through child initiated play. Little saints (our pre-school aged children) are introduced to early phonics and their social and independence skills encouraged in preparation for school.

Facilities
As we are based on campus of a primary school not only do we have amazing facilities but we are able to use the great facilities at St Josephs catholic primary School
Facilities used cover all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum physical, personal, social, and emotional development, communication, language and literacy, knowledge and understanding of the world and expressive arts and design.
- Halls, Early Years playground, school field. Moving freely in open spaces, using school apparatus helps develop children’s gross motor skills, awareness and negotiation of space, and turn taking.
- Music room opportunity to experiment with a wide range of musical instruments.
- Library access to a wide range of books and special story time promoting communication, language and literacy skills.
- Language lab, phonic sessions a method of teaching children the relationship between written letters of the alphabet and the sounds of spoken language.
- Constant counting opportunities promoted during play throughout the day.
- Community room cooking activities promoting healthy eating and developing communication and language with discussions about ingredients used. Turn taking and realisation of tools and their purpose with the development of fine motor skills when mixing, cutting and manipulating.
- School dinner hall lunches can be purchased for children (aged 3 years and over only). The children experience eating lunch with the school children and choose their own menu according to parent wishes.

Sessions and Term
We have very competitive rates and pride ourselves on being the most affordable childcare in the locality. Rates are dependent on age and take up. Please contact us for full terms and conditions and our competitive fees
- Parents provide lunch, healthy snacks, nappies and wipes.
- Lunches available to 3-year-olds at an additional cost booked with the school admin.
- Fresh fruit and milk are provided and a water fountain is available at all times to children.
The Nursery is open during school term time (including INSET days).
