2. Feeling cards
Choosing card which show how you feel sometimes.
Example questions:
Which one shall we talk about?
Which one do you feel at the moment?
What makes that feeling be there?
Are there any of these you have too much of/too little of?
What do you do when you ahve that feeling?
How do you cope with it at the moment?
Are you managing with it or do you want us to think about ways of reducing that feeling/coping with it differently?
